• CLARITY • CONFIDENCE • COMPASSION • CALM

On the surface, you seem calm, capable, and put together. Beneath you're exhausted from holding it all in.
You overanalyze everything, struggle to relax, and feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough.

I help high-achieving, self-doubting individuals who struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, or feeling “not enough” find clarity, confidence, and lasting self-trust so you can finally feel at ease in who you are.

We’ll get to the root of the anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that were buried under pressure.

Therapy with me isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before you thought you had to earn your worth.

You’re the kind of person who gets things done. People count on you. From the outside, it looks like you have it all together but inside, it can feel exhausting to keep holding it all in. You may find yourself running on autopilot, showing up for everyone else while quietly pushing your own needs to the side.

That’s where I come in.

I work with high-achieving adults who are tired of the pressure to perform and ready for a different way of being. My approach is relational, compassionate, and trauma-informed. In our work together, I’ll draw from EMDR, parts work, somatic practices, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered without judgment or pressure. I’ll listen with curiosity and genuine respect for your lived experience, while also offering a clear, non-biased perspective to gently challenge self-limiting patterns with grace and kindness.

I believe therapy isn’t just about “fixing” problems, it’s about creating space for both the hard stuff and the possibility of joy, light, and growth.

In our work together, you’ll stop minimizing your pain. You’ll start trusting yourself, setting boundaries, and speaking up. You’ll learn that it’s okay to take up space. That you’re not “too much.” That your needs matter.

This is the shift from survival mode to self-trust.
From anxiety to clarity.
From performing for love… to being loved as you are.

You don’t have to earn your worth. Therapy for high acheiving adults ready to release anxiety, self-doubt, & the pressure to be perfect.

The Process of Becoming Self

Becoming your true self isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about peeling back the layers of fear, shame, and “shoulds” you’ve been carrying.

When you reconnect to your worth, your story, and your voice, you begin to live with intention, not just reaction.

And that changes everything.
